1. About these terms

This website and the EVELE Love store are operated by EVELE GALLERY LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms apply to your use of evelelove.com and purchases from our store. Please read them before ordering. Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy form part of the terms of a purchase. Our Privacy policy explains our handling of personal information.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform for our online sales. Your purchase is from EVELE GALLERY LLC.

2. Using our store

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement and authorized to use the payment method provided. Give accurate and current contact, billing, and delivery information. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us if you believe someone has used it without permission.

Do not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity, introduce malicious code, interfere with its security or operation, or misuse another person's information.

3. Products, designs, and sizing

Our products are made to order by production partners. Review each product's description, materials, decoration method, selected color, and size guide before buying. Fit varies between styles; compare the garment measurements with a similar item you own and allow for any published measurement tolerance.

Product images illustrate the design and appearance. Screens and lighting can affect how colors appear, and minor production variations can occur. This does not remove your right to receive goods that match their description. Artwork that depicts stitching, embroidery, or glitter is a printed effect unless the product description expressly states that actual embroidery or another physical finish is used.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and the payment currency are displayed in the store and at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are shown before you pay. You authorize the charge for the total shown when you submit your order using an accepted payment method.

Prices or offers may change for future orders. Any additional conditions for a promotion will be shown with that offer. Changes do not retroactively increase the price of an accepted order.

5. Order processing and availability

Your order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not a shipping confirmation. Products and production capacity are subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order where an item cannot be supplied, payment cannot be verified, fraud is reasonably suspected, or a material pricing or listing error prevents fulfillment.

If a material error or supply problem affects an order, we will contact you with the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled items and associated charges to the original payment method.

6. Shipping, changes, and cancellations

Production partners ship orders directly to the delivery address supplied. Production and transit times are separate, and items may ship in different packages. See our Shipping policy for delivery estimates, charges, tracking, and delay procedures.

Contact us immediately if you need to correct or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible after production starts. We will confirm whether your request can be completed. These practical limits do not override cancellation or other rights provided by applicable law.

7. Returns and order problems

Because products are made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a correctly supplied item, including when the selected size does not suit your fit preference. Check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially nonconforming items are handled under our Return and refund policy. Contact us with your order number and photos; do not send merchandise back without instructions. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Website content and third-party services

Store branding, designs, images, and text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping; commercial copying or use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Their operation is outside our control, but this does not reduce our responsibility for purchases you make from our store.

9. Availability, responsibility, and consumer rights

We aim to keep product information accurate and the website available, but temporary interruptions or errors can occur. Please contact us about any problem affecting your order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our use of production or delivery partners does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.

10. Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. This clause does not take away rights or access to courts that you have under applicable law.

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The date above identifies the current version. Purchases remain subject to the terms in effect when the order was placed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
